I recently moved my aunt into Heritage House. It is truly an amazing place! This is a very nice home in the country. The residents are all so happy and very well taken care of. New management and staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I would suggest Heritage House to anyone for their loved ones.

I volunteer at Heritage House helping out with activities. The home itself is very welcoming and has been recently updated. All staff, management and residents are a joy to be around. I just love my visit to Heritage House as it brings lots of smiles.
My uncle resides here and I often visit him to bring him to Bingo but he seems to be going on his own now! Cute retirement home the staff are very understanding to residents and issues. Seems to be lots of activities to keep residents occupied. It is clean, I never have seen any issues here in terms of that.
Run, don’t walk, away from this place. The state of the building is disgusting and it’s completely understaffed. The employees are overworked and have no support from the manager who is rarely there or working. Management and owners only care about the bottom line numbers- any type of needed expense is denied. I feel terribly for the vulnerable people who are living there and it makes me feel sick to my stomach thinking about how no one is advocating hard enough for them.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. The manager Ravina cares only about her paycheck and not the residents living there. My father who had a cardiac arrest and was on life support 2.5 months ago was notified today that he is being evicted. He has mild brain damage along with other very serious health conditions. He doesn't have another nursing home lined up nor has she offered to give him one. She suggested him coming to live with me. I am not qualified to take care of him and believe he needs to be in home with nursing care. I am not sure what credentials she had to offer such advice. Needless to say I am furious and am very worried about my father having no where to live during these cold months. My father was an investigator for the ombudsman for 20 years fighting for peoples rights in institutions. I will not let this go. Please think twice about putting your loved one in this retirement/nursing home.
