Let me start by saying that my experience with Health at Home has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I engaged with this company, it was clear that their priorities were completely misplaced. First and foremost, let's address the CEO, who seems to have a bigger mouth than a genuine concern for the well-being of their clients. Their lack of professionalism and tact is staggering, and it reflects poorly on the entire organization. It's as if they believe that loud proclamations compensate for their utter incompetence in running a functional business. Moving on to the management team, or should I say, the lack thereof. It's abundantly clear that Health at Home is suffering from a severe case of mismanagement. Their inability to coordinate basic tasks and oversee their staff effectively is appalling. It's evident that the management team needs a complete overhaul before any semblance of competence can be achieved. As for the caregivers themselves, while I'm sure some of them mean well, their incompetence knows no bounds. It's baffling how they managed to hire individuals who lack even the most basic skills required for caregiving. Their negligence and disregard for their duties have put me in more danger than they have helped. To anyone considering Health at Home for their caregiving needs, I urge you to look elsewhere. This company is a sinking ship, and unless drastic changes are made, it's only a matter of time before they go under. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values professionalism and competency.
Not recommended at all. Very poor management.No customer care. I hope my review will help people finding good health care other than Health at Home. I dont have any words to express my disappointmemt towards the organisation.

Worst home care, no responsible people for patient care, no commitments ,no accountability. Just a loud mouth CEO, boasting first home care in Nepal. I don't recommend to take service from this home care. Thank you
