i had done my student placement at hamilton continuing care at 125 wentworth. I had one of the best experiences of my life , not only are the staff wonderful and kind but they truly do care for their residents ! and it wouldnt be a home without the residents ill forever hold a place in my heart for all the workers and wonderful residents who i miss dearly.
Hamilton Continuing Care is filled with many long standing and new team members who are passionate about the residents they serve. There is nothing but passion, love, and care for all of the residents living there!
