Apologise for the delay in posting a review. No doubt about it this is an incredible Care Home. My mother was moved here during Covid when we had no choice to select. But the family couldn't have asked for a better one. The staff here are so caring and professional from the cleaners, kitchen staff, attendants, nurses, reception staff and senior members. They couldn't do enough for our mother. Sadly when she did pass away the empathy all the staff showed to us all was so beautiful. For that I thank them all.💙💙

Greenhill manor is a wonderful place that truly feels like a second family. I am proud to be a part of such dedicated team and look forward to continuing to contribute to the well being of our residents.
As a family we feel so privileged to have had my Mum as a resident at Greenhill Manor. She was a resident for nearly four years and throughout that time any query has been dealt with promptly. The staff are so happy, caring, professional and knowledgeable. They always have time to explain anything you ask. The kindness when Mum passed away recently was more than we expected in these difficult times. They made it possible for Mum to be as comfortable as possible and her family around her when she passed. Karen, we will always be eternally grateful to you. Matthew and Jane, you were the voices of calm in the storm and kept us sane. Thank you to all the other staff on Trevithick that we came in contact with. A very deserved 5 stars, would give more if possible. Diolch yn fawr.
I cannot praise this care home enough after my Dad’s recent admission . The care he has received from all staff members has been second to none . They could also not have been more accommodating to my family and nothing is ever too much trouble. A worthy five stars !
Mams been a resident at Green Hill Manor since March of this year 2022, she has settled in really well can't fault the staff for thier care and support , plus always on hand for any questions asked, keep up the good work all, a well deserved 5 stars
