Guildford house is a beautiful home with exceptional staff who have a vast knowledge in care and very large hearts, who strive to ensure the best care is delivered for those who reside here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
Signature at Guildford (formerly Sunrise of Guildford) has, to my mind, always exuded a warmth and heart when I have visited. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the residents appear to be happy and well cared for. I have been a regular visitor for some time now, entertaining the residents on a monthly basis. Mickayla and her activities team are always enthusiastic and appear to have the residents needs at the forefront of their minds. I visit a significant number of Care Homes and get a good insight into the level of care and support which is provided to residents. Signature at Guildford possesses a real 'heart and soul' and this is testament to the commitment which all of its staff demonstrate in their daily delivery of what Signature describe as 'exceptional care'.
What a lovely home Signature at Guildford is! An excellent care team, great facilities and gardens and a lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. I would highly recommend it.
My Mum was a resident at Sunrise with a terminal illness. I cannot fault the care, kindness, love and support Mum and our family received it surpassed all expectations. All of the GP's and doctors who cared for Mum said it was an outstanding care home. Their costs are in line with BUPA homes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunrise of Guildford. This is a genuine review.
