I would like to apologize to the staff (PSW) if I have offended them in my last review. I am simply frustrated by the system NOT the help my parents are getting. YOU are too few for the demand. I know you do your best but the fact that you are overworked and understaffed is simply not acceptable. This is a government issue. I would like to add that there is a language issue that may explain how my parents understand and then share the information. I am only trying to better understand the system so that I can provide better care. So please please forgive my poor choice of words and understand my frustration. They are sick, in pain and are afraid by what is going to happen next. Let's work as a team. COMMUNICATION on both sides is the key. Nicole L.
