A well-run retirement village, offering a variety of sectional title units, from 3 bedroom houses to 2 bedroom apartments. 24-hour access control and security patrols, panic button in every unit linked to frail care and the security guardhouse, beautiful gardens, dining room (11 meals a month included in levy), bistro, frail care and assisted living, nursing staff, laundry, hairdresser, beauty salon, library, weekly Doctor visits and communal activities organised by residents. The gardening service trims and cuts lawns in the houses, gardeners can be hired by the hour too. Small dogs are permitted to be kept in the houses on application. A park area is located near the entrance, shared with Ruby Corner, part of the entrance and security area collectively called Winglen. One can walk the village streets at any time, feeling totally safe and secure.

WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE. This 600 old people are without water for a week. Featherbrooke always wants money for everything but when there people are in need the literally chase them away from the taps. Frail care patients are lying in there filth and first. My mother toilet can't flash. It's literally full of...... When I called them The reception just told me, Isabella the manager can't do anything for them. This morning a old man was walking around with a bucket trying to get some water somewhere. This is a terrible place to be. Never put your old age mother or father here.....they are not there to help but just to turn away and look after themselves Thank you for hearing our plea and assisting us with some water. We don't want to fight this every time. Thank you for considering us in our old age
My parents have enjoyed a new lease on life at Featherbrooke Hills since 2013. What a lovely, secure estate!
Kindness are always vigilant at the security gate. They look well after the residents at the necessary times.
