Very good home care center. Staffs are great in general but a bit under manpower. Indeed, if they take time to take care each of the elders, they will not have enough time to do other less important stuff. I would say it is understandable. I also see some of the elders there are hard to deal with, but the staffs are still very patient, that's I appreciate!
I would not recommend this place. I have been on the phone with my mother for 22 minutes while she is hurt and calling for help with no one coming to her aid. During my visits, both my sister and I have shown up with my mom on the floor and no one around. She is 98 and has had poor sight for some time and has been expected to eat on her own. The staff is nice but understaffing is a serious issue here.
Really amazing staff and people.
