My dad was transferred from Trillium hospital to this home’s 4th floor unit in October. This place is wonderful. I cannot express how happy we are dad is being cared for by the amazing team on this floor for Alzheimer’s, dementia patients. They respect their patients, treat them like family, and interact with them no matter what. My dad has bounced back from a long stay at Trillium. He’s happy, busy and his needs are all taken care of. The nurse is transparent with everything. This is a good home. Thank you to the management team and everyone involved with 4th floor care.

My father got transferred in September by the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and we can’t be more thankful for the support. We would like to give a heartfelt to thank the ESN team and specially Kaitlyn Wynnyk for all they have done for my father. The hard work, dedication and compassion show everywhere. They all make a huge difference in our lives and our community. Knowing that they are all there and care so much takes an enormous worry off our minds. Our hearts are filled with gratitude for the important work they do. We feel so much love around my father that is overwhelming! Thanks very much!
