We went to this branch to get our checkup and eyewear. The wait time is extremely horrible, the staff members seemed so busy to check on you while at the same time, nobody even cares to explain what is happening and why it’s taking so long. They kept telling us to go back at exactly 6:00 pm just to find out that the eyewear is not yet available. they even told us that there’s damage on one of the lenses and had to repeat the process resulting in extending the wait time. We understand that mistakes happen but the least you can do about it is to be honest to your customers. Overall, no customer service, poor communication towards the customer. The picker named Mel was extremely unprofessional and when we had questions, she’d shut us down or pretend to go in the back. Plus, no one even is manning the floor and the staff members are all at the back. I will never attempt to visit this as long as I see this employee on this site.
