What a great facility for the aged, professional, compassionate caregivers and staff! Management is hands-on and knowledgeable about medical and geriatric care. We brought our mother a year ago under their care and that was one of the best decisions we made. She was well taken care of and treated as a family. Shields Manor Assisted Living & VIP Care for the Disabled and the Elderly is nothing short of a godsend. If you ever need a place for a loved one~ this is the best place to be! Our experience with Shields Manor has been nothing short of excellent. We entrusted the care and well-being of my mom onto their capable hands when her health condition warranted round-the-clock supervision and professional care. We were impressed with the top notch service they have provided and for their genuine concern for my mom. This greatly improved the quality of her last days with us on earth. I can’t imagine my Dad’s last few weeks without the help of Shields. When i was advised to look for a palliative/hospice care for my Dad, i did a few searches. Been to 4 nursing homes (cavite and manila area) and this facility is by far the BEST and CLEANEST. Ms. Emilyn, the owner is so compassionate and so hands on! Ms. Joan, the Ops Manager makes me feel like we are true family and i can really feel that they genuinely care about my dad. All of the staff are so welcoming. professional and well equipped. They went above and beyond to help me transition when my Dad passed. Thank you so much Shields from the bottom of my heart! Thank you for all you do! Keep it up and i hope every nursing home has your level of standard and work ethic.
Shields Manor is an extremely well run, caring facility where loved ones are treated with respect, cared for by management and staff that take their careers seriously, and put the clients first. The smiles on the clients faces are genuine and heart warming to see. The staff is incredibly hard working and treat the clients with care and respect. I can highly recommend Shields Manor!
