Maria Hamill was friendly, understanding and extremely helpful dealing with our queries while the case was with the solicitors. Maria was amazing from start to finish. She was in Constant contact which always made you feel reassured. Any questions or queries we asked Maria always had the answer or solution without any hesitation. We can’t thank them enough for all of their help throughout the process. Also would like to say a massive thank you to Roy who was so kind and helpful. And gave up a few of his Saturdays just so we could go check the house out a few extra times.
The recent sale of our property was handle professionally and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Hayley and Lynsey from the Rothwell branch. Any queries we had were dealt with and we were kept up to date with the progress of the sale throughout.
We moved a few months ago, and Emsleys was the agent of the house we were buying. Despite not being their client the service we received was absolutely fantastic. We have to give a special mention to Maria. She was instrumental in helping our very complicated chain to complete. She made so many chase up phone calls, kept us updated and was always on the end of the phone to give us advice on how to move forward with the problems that arose. We honestly can’t thank her enough - we absolutely wouldn’t have managed to complete without her expert help.
