No staff, vulnerable patients left to cry and shout for help. €1.9k a week for the pleasure of ignoring distressed, freezing elderly people who deserve a little compassion.
We found the staff in Elm Green absolutely fantastic and their loving care and attention to Dad was overwhelming. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elm Green to others.
My mother spent five wonderful years here. I can not recommend it highly enough. Wonderful warm, kind staff.
