My mom is a resident here (not by my choice) and I'm not impressed with the facility at all. It's very old and dirty and they are very short staffed. There's never a towel in my mom's bathroom for her, her phone is placed too far from her, her sheets have been dirty, toenails too long and the list goes on and on. I do not recommend the place to anyone and some of the administration staff I have issues with as well. The nurses that I dealt with though, were all wonderful and kudos to them for all they have to do.

Rules and guidelines changing constantly to accommodate staffs agenda. Short staffed and dirty. Wheelchairs hardly fit in private bathrooms aka no hand washing happening for patient.. Teeth are not getting brushed, etc.. PSW and nurses that do work there are great. Feel terrible for how hard they have to work to keep up with staffing issues. Short staffing = less care for your loved one.
Unable to visit my loved one because of discriminatory and nonsensical vaccine policy. Shameful.
