I really enjoyed my stay here. The beautiful fine sand beach is a short walk away. The sun sets over this gorgeous bay. Samantha, the on site manager is very attentive & gets things done. The owner was very generous with me when I mistakenly mixed up my leaving date. I liked to balcony, full size fridge and the wifi for streaming sports and entertainment. The location was on the side and end of the island where there is very little traffic so it was ideal for me.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very accessible, very close to the beach. We were assisted by Sam who was very nice and welcoming. They organised transport from the airport and also assisted us with guidelines for public transport to visit local places. The accommodation is very clean and the air conditioning is amazing. Also enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend
We stayed here for 5 nights before we left to La Digue and Praslin, and the we came back for 4 nights to end our trip. We were welcomed by the property mangers who are available if you needed anything, they even carried our luggage to our room. They made us feel very welcome, always meeting us with good Morning and a smile everyday. Even the owner and the family was very welcoming and nice. They took care of our big luggage while we were going to the other islands, and we got late check out on the day we were leaving. Overall an experience that really exceeded our expectations. The self catering also is located close to the most beautiful beaches. The room includes everything you need to make some good food at home, it is also close to some very good takeaway restaurants.
Disappointed expectations despite beautiful pictures and good reviews We have rarely had an accommodation where our anticipation was so greatly disappointed. The accommodation is described as new and quiet - but from our point of view, neither was true. The glossy photos build expectations that are not met on site. We found the description as “quiet” particularly misleading: the apartment is noisy, and what was particularly annoying was the recurring barking of at least three dogs on the neighboring property opposite - day and night. As soon as we arrived, we didn't feel comfortable with the idea of spending the entire holiday there. Upon closer inspection, the apartment appeared unkempt: • Stain on bed sheet • a dried fly in an uncleaned wardrobe • Hair in the washing machine • Worn sponge & rag in the kitchen • Dusty decorations • Gecko droppings on ceiling and wall There were also defects such as: • Missing closet door • Leaking shower head • Poor drainage of water in the shower and sink • a very loud air conditioning system with an unpleasant smell when starting up • a broken wall clock These are small things in themselves - but in total there are too many. As described in other reviews, housekeeper Sam tried hard to rectify any deficiencies. However, we would have liked this to have been taken care of before we arrived - especially since the information stated that the apartment was ready for occupancy the day before. A few more kitchen utensils (e.g. scissors) would also have been helpful. Communication with Michael was critical for us. On the day of arrival we asked him to speak to him because we were looking for a solution to possibly end our stay early. We were aware that the cancellation policy did not provide for a refund, but we were still hoping for some accommodation. Unfortunately, we received a very harsh and uncompromising answer: There would be no return if we left earlier. The following day he offered us a change to his other accommodation (with breakfast), but since it didn't have a kitchen and was rated worse, we decided against it. We ended up staying for financial reasons - even though the start was anything but pleasant. However, the most serious incident involved the pool: After just 15 minutes in it, our swimwear turned pink. We had previously noticed that the water was unusually cloudy - but Sam assured us that everything was fine. Instead of an apology, however, we were accused of washing our clothes incorrectly - according to a statement from Michael to his employee. We found this to be extremely inappropriate - not only because of the insinuation, but also because it ignored our suggestion of a potentially harmful health problem. The next day the same thing happened to another family - again with the same blame. It turned out that the pool had apparently been treated with far too much chlorine. Our conclusion: We respect when someone has a different point of view. At the same time, as guests we expect respectful treatment, openness to criticism and the willingness to take responsibility. That's exactly what we were missing here. Professional management should not immediately become defensive with every complaint or blame guests for their own failures. Especially in the case of the pool, we would have expected a minimum of insight or at least an apology. The behavior was disappointing and unprofessional for us.
We stayed here from March 16 to March 26. The owner provided us with a pick-up from the airport and the KIA Sonet car was ready at the Creola breeze parking lot. Communication with the owners was perfect. The accommodation is as in the photos. Minor flaws in the apartment are not a problem. The location is very nice, parking in the yard, a shop in the side street with the possibility of card payment. The garden is maintained, the pool is clean. Optical internet without outages.
