Craghall Hall is set in beautiful grounds looking over Jesmond Dene. The gardens are kept immaculate as is the care home having a lovely homely feel. Mum has the best time living there. She is kept safe and entertained with their busy timetable of activities such as crafts, singers, thai Chi, armchair yoga and not forgetting their little trips out on the bus. The staff are always on hand to give you updates or answer any questions with nothing being too much trouble. All of the staff always go that extra step to make sure my Mum and the residents are happy.

The home and grounds are lovely but more importantly than this, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My mum has settled so well and I know if there are any issues, the staff will get in touch straight away. They have taken time to get to know my mum and are supporting her with the things she enjoys doing, she is doing so much better than she was in her own home and I am so grateful to Craghall for their care and support.
Choosing a care home for a loved one can be one of the most stressful and emotional experiences for relatives but with Craghall. we needn't have worried. From the off, Christine and the team, held our hands and kindly guided us through the process with empathy and understanding. 11 months in and it has proven to be the correct choice for our family and, most of all, for our Mum. The accommodation and gardens are wonderful and the weekly programme of activities mean that residents are never bored and are constantly stimulated and busy if they choose to be. Mum has settled in well and has made friends too. We can't recommend the place and the fantastic caring team highly enough.
An amazing place that looked after my mother 2018 - 2020, with fantastic, kind, compassionate care. The individual staff who cared for my mother on a daily basis were so kind, patient and understanding, Treat my mother as if she was their own. Huge respect and admiration for all those involved in her care, especially on her final day.
My mum is so settled and happy here. The staff couldn't be more caring and nothing is too much trouble for them . Lovely gardens and lots of visits and activities. If only more care homes were like Craghall
