Update- the receptionist confirmed that they did not pick this gentleman up after he was seen by the doctor. When they called Country Living to see about transport, they were told that they should call an ambulance and take him to the hospital. The receptionist was appalled at the lack of any empathy towards one of their residents.!!!! I usually do not do negative reviews as they can have unintended consequences. However, I am so incensed at these people that l have to share this experience. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. They left one of their residents by the front doors at the York Medical Health centre in Newmarket. He didn't know where to go. After 30 minutes, the Community Health Service staff finally connected with the home but were told to take him to the Walk In Clinic. They should have ensured that their driver made sure he was in the right place. There is long wait time for him to see the doctor. They state he will be picked up at noon but are not guaranteeing that the driver will wait till he has seen the doctor. I hope he gets home. The staff are terrible as they hung up on me twice while I was trying to confirm his transport. If you have a choice, please avoid this place. They just don't care!!! Google should not allow the owner of a facility being reviewed, to give themselves a 4 star rating just for replying to a negative review!!!

It is a cheap place but the place is careless, dirty, and unsanitary , such a rough place.
