I cannot tell you how positive this experience was for me. Having the support of knowledgeable and compassionate people who were there for me day and night, turned the fear and unknown into a positive recovery. The PSW who came at night was so kind and gentle and went way above the call of duty to ensure I was safe and eating properly. Nadia, the client care co-ordinator walked me through the recovery and provided the re-assurance and confidence I needed to take charge of my own health. I am planning my second hip replacement but would never think of facing it again without them.
