I went to visit Cité Parkway Residence with my mother 5 months ago and we were impress at the entrance with the welcome we received from the reception and then by Lucie (Lifestyle director). Lucie invited us in her office to discuss my parents needs and then we went for a tour of all facilities and visited 3 rooms. My mother enjoyed the atmosphere in the building, very nice exterior and interior, clean and warm welcoming from all staff. My parents have lived at The Cité Parkway Residence since June 2022, Lucie (Lifestyle director) is very nice and very present and helpful at all time, she is an amazing person and she always has a smile. My parents had a wonderful welcoming from all the staff, from the health department, to reception, dining room, activities etc. This home has lots to offer and the staff is available for all needs and concern. I would definitely recommend this Residence
Great place to retire! They even have days where support animals are brought in for everyone to enjoy. Its the small things that make this an exceptionally good retirement home.
My family and I, would like to express our gratitude to the City Parkway staff for their dedication, enthusiasm and kindness towards our mother. CPW was her home and she appreciated the peaceful, bright and cleanness of her suite. She also had a lot of enjoyment in the many activities that were regularly organised. It was a pleasure for our mother to be part of CPW's community during the last part of her life . We are grateful for your services and will miss our visits to your residence.
My 100 year old mother-in-law , Marie , recently moved into Cite Parkway . While she has been reluctant to engage in Residence activities up to now , we , and most importantly , the Dedicated Residence Staff are not giving up on our mutual goal of making her life the Best it can be !
