Worst long-term care home in town, in my years of experience. It's constantly supervised by government agencies, worst management I have ever dealt with lack of modern management skills, careless, shows lack of compassion, feel entitled, no listening skills, cold, distant. Very poorly staffed, supplies are missing and constant outbreaks of different infections. Very risky place to work or live. Staff tries their best.
My Mother is 105 years of age and I cannot believe the beautiful care that she is receiving. So a big huge thank you to all the staff, doctor, nurses, directors in all departments. The COVID 19 care has been extraordinary! You should all be proud. Volunteers are needed if you can find it in you heart and some spare time because they are very busy.
I can't say enough about the wonderful care my husband received. I would recommend this home and the caring staff. It is small and that means the staff knows and understands every resident. A very special place.
Staff is very friendly takes care of the residents very well. The only issue is the Building it's self needs a lot of work and the closer you get to the river at this building you lose cell service
