They went above and beyond expectations especially after mom transferred to the assisted living floor. Chartwell Westmount is such a great place! The staff are incredibly caring and willing to go the next step in order to enhance residents' experiences, and overall provide the best care possible! After chatting with some residents, I’ve come to the conclusion that many feel that they are very well cared for. With a clean and homey interior, an abundant amount of activities and events occurring, caring staff, and supportive management, Chartwell Westmount goes above and beyond to create a home away from home for their residents.
Chartwell Westmount is such a lovely place. It's like a cruise ship on land. It's very clean and the staff really care about the residents. There's always something going on, from fun activities to ways to give back to the community. If you're looking for a place where you can feel at home and keep living life to the fullest, I'd definitely recommend checking out Chartwell Westmount.
I am a musician playing at a lot of Assisted Living/Care locations across south-central Ontario. Chartwell Westmount is a frequent location for me to perform. I would rate Chartwell Westmount in my top ten places to perform ... because 1/ The staff pay lots of attention to the residents while I am there, and 2/ The sense of community I observe amongst all attendees is strong - such an important quality in any Care location. As a senior's entertainer, thus is one of my favorite places to visit and perform. The community is vibrant, friendly, and welcoming. People have friends within the community and sit together to chat and enjoy the performances. The management is some of the best I work with as a service provider. The facilities are lovely and well maintained and cared for.
