From my first day, I was greeted with warmth and smiles by the staff. The home is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. A special thank you to Hande, the Lifestyle and Programs Manager, for her excellent guidance and support throughout my volunteer experience; Nicholas, the GM, for his commitment and dedication to the residents and team; Brant, the Food & Beverage Manager, for his passion to work and enthusiasm; and to Mary, the Wellness Manager, for always prioritizing residents' health and fostering a vibrant community. I’d also like to recognize Samantha, Dave, Jeff, Chris, and the entire team for their exceptional care and commitment. My partner and I were introduced to Samantha Bruno and Chartwell Regency through a wonderful group of professionals working with seniors. Moving into a retirement residence is a huge transition and lifestyle change for any senior to make. From the very first moment, it was clear that The Regency offers a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for everyone - residents, staff and visitors alike. The homey atmosphere is truly special and it's evident that the residents are genuinely happy and well cared for. This is largely because of Samantha Bruno, her dynamic caring personality and wonderful work ethic. Recently I had dear clients move into the Regency and from the outset, they were made to feel like part of the family. Thanks to Samantha and the incredible supportive and compassionate staff, they are happily settling in. I wholeheartedly recommend Chartwell Regency to any of my clients and friends.
The Chartwell Regency is a cosy home for Seniors in Port Credit. The Staff are friendly, caring & accommodating! From our first contact with Samantha you feel welcomed & comfortable. As you meet the rest of the Staff, the feeling continues. They all seem to make a huge effort to meet the needs & concerns of the residents & their visiting family members. The Seniors have so many opportunities to take part in many different & well planned activities. There is something for everyone! Knowing my mother is living happily & safely in such a lovely residence is very comforting.
My father was at Chartwell Regency for almost 5 years. The residence is small enough that staff and residents can feel like a community. Staff really care about the well-being of residents and their families, and go the extra mile to ensure a good experience. Thank you again for a great 5 years.
As a resident of Chartwell Regency retirement residence I just wanted to leave a glowing comment on my stay here. It has proven to be an excellent decision to move here. G.M. Nick Ng and his staff of professionals have all contributed to the enrichment of my comfort, health, joy and sense of community. I live in confidence that whatever my needs are, the team is on the job 24/7. I like living here and highly recommend Chartwell Regency as a good choice for retirement living.
