My dad moved in here March 2024, and while I felt so hesitant because my dad was so independent , he truly has had a great experience. The nurses & health care aids have been so patient and caring. Any questions I’ve had , they are so attentive and kind. I’m so happy he is where he is, receiving the care he needs. My dad is picky with food too, and he often says how many great meals there are. He’s enjoyed the many concerts they have going on. He’s an introvert; but they really try to get him out of his shell. Thanks Chartwell, I appreciate you all so much.❤️

My mother-in-law has been a resident here for 10+ years. Nancy and the entire staff have been patient and kind to her. They go out of their way to make her feel special. She really enjoys the food here as well. All in all Fountains of Mission provides us with much comfort, knowing that our family member is well taken care of.
The team at Chartwell are without a doubt, some of the most kind, caring and compassionate folks around! My mom enjoyed her time with them and benefitted from many good folks offering her time and attention. Her suite was spacious and well appointed, the meals were varied and well-prepared and the activities, plentiful. A smaller community of residents than many other retirement locations, made this a preferred choice. The opportunity meet other residents in a smaller close knit community was ideal. Thank you Team Chartwell for ensuring my mom's experience was the best, possible.
My mother has been in the Fountains of Mission Residence for years. The entire team of staff members are wonderful. Mum has stated that this is the only place for her. Can't say enough about them. Outstanding....
Our mother lived at Fountains of Mission from March 2017 to May 2021, until she had to move to a long-term care facility. She loved her time at Fountains. All of the staff took such excellent care of her and were always so kind and helpful to my family and me. They were also always very responsive to any queries we had. The overall quality of accommodations, dining room, common areas, etc. is quite high. You always felt you were in a higher end condo with very attentive service. My family and I can't thank you enough, Fountains staff, for taking such excellent care of our mother!
