My in-laws have recently moved into the Chartwell lColnel Blecher Retirement Residence. The staff is most wonderful and friendly. We stayed for supper and the food was excellent. The other residences referred to their experience as "living in paradise" which reassured us that our parents are in an excellent place.
It is a very friendly and cozy place.The staff are very friendly, helpful and they know what they are doing. They have a lots of Activities and Outings that keep us busy. Also it is very close to my church. The meals are really good and healthy. I am very happy here and I highly recommend this place it really does makes my life better.
We recently had my mother join the community at Colonel Belcher facility. From the initial tour with Cassandra and the caring staff, the kindness was evident which was different from other facilities we had seen. The facilities at the building were impressive. After a couple months they are living up to there promises. The menu selection in the dining room has lots of variety and never get boring. Lots of activities and shuttle bus for outings. There is visitor parking and excellent security at the building. Overall my mother is very pleased with Chartwell and the services they provide. Keep up the good work!
If you're looking for a safe, loving, friendly place for your senior to call home look no further. The entire staff at the Chartwell Colonel Belcher know every resident by name and truly invest and care about their well being. Our seniors deserve the best and this place is it !!! From the moment I contacted Cassandra to set up a tour, to the move in it was smooth sailing. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your seniors stay active and engaged with one another. The grounds are beautiful, the dining experience is top notch and the chef actually visits the tables regularly to ensure everyone is enjoying his menu. 5 stars all the way!!!
