Had a very very positive experience with Chartwell, my great aunt was a resident here and couldn’t be happier with her lifestyle there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful all the time, especially Imran who helped coordinate a celebration of life event there that was very very special for our whole family. The Shoe Shakers performed at Chartwell Carlton for the first time in March 2025. It was a cozy performance space with a gas fireplace backdrop in front of a small audience of about 20 residents. On behalf of Gulshan: I am a resident here and I think the programs are entertaining and the LPM at Carlton takes us on great bus trips. The bus trips give us an opportunity to get out and have fresh air. I also enjoy the cultural events at Carlton. I also enjoy the poker nights with my fellow residents.
Classic Rewind - our duo - played at Carlton for first time on November 5th for Happy Hour and we were treated very well by the staff. We met a lot of the residents as well who all were very friendly and welcoming
My parents lived at Chartwell Carlton Residence for 18 months. The property is clean and bright. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. We had a lot of challenges to navigate for my parents during their stay here and received a lot of help whenever we asked. Their activities coordinator is a delight! She plans a lot of fun things for residents to enjoy every month.
