The users of the center are happy with the care and attention of the staff here. A notable aspect in the day-to-day. On the contrary, the same cannot be said regarding the working conditions of the staff. For this reason, all the staff of the Consortium related to the day centers, blue hens and nursing homes have decided to go on strike. That day by day until now they have been worth everything they had, in addition to the experience to work despite not having a permanent contract and more conditions without being disclosed... If until now the staff in general, at the level of Galicia related to these areas, has been worth to carry out these functions because now suddenly they are not worth and have to go out on the street without their rights. What a coincidence... In all of Galicia... Being able to be permanent and keep their jobs, since they know the users firsthand. The staff does not have to look for a new job considering the proximity of the job, age and other disadvantages when it comes to finding a new job, when they are actually fired from these positions they have to be replaced.
