The staff at Cedarcroft are the best I have ever come across! From the moment I walk in everyone is kind, helpful and happy! The activities are varied and fun. Big shout out to the activity director, Stephanie, who is simply a ray of sunshine everytime I visit! This staff has a family feel that rubs off on the residents and the caring and joy is truly felt!!

Cedarcroft is a very kind,friendly retirement home. Thank you for hosting Oshawa #1 Toastmasters. So nice to see some residents join our meeting. We could see that the residents are happy. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Thank you to Activity Manager Stephanie who welcomed us.
From the moment I entered Cedarcroft Place everyone was so friendly. The staff call the seniors by name and were spending time sitting and talking with them. The seniors all looked happy. Some other homes in the area have more amenities but none of them felt as welcoming and caring as Cedarcroft. It feels like home.
My Mother is 94 Years Young. She has resided at Cedarcroft since November 2022. Taylor Sweet has been given the temporary position of Manager. Taylor Possesses the ability to resolve the day to day requirements thoroughly in a timely manner. Taylor shows Authority with Knowledge, Life Skills and Kindness. Taylor has the Privilege of Support from an Awesome Staff. Taylor is Loved by Residents and Staff alike. Taylor is the Quintessential example of a Qualified Manager and Humanbeing. Well done Cedarcroft for giving Taylor Sweet the job of making You, Cedarcroft Shine.
One of the best retirement homes in Durham Region. The nurses and staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to make residents happy and comfortable.
