A good place for long term care, the kindness and caring of the staff and the cleanliness and brightness of the facility are much valued. The recreation staff do an excellent job of keeping the patients engaged and active. The outings have been a big hit!
My 93 year old mother has been a resident of Casa Mia since April. From her first day she has been treated compassionately in every aspect of her care. All of the nurses, aides, dietician, recreational staff as well as the Director of Care work hard to help my mom feel loved and cared for. I visited many care facilities in Vancouver, and none comes close to Casa Mia's standards.
We value a brunch of loving, caring and cheerful staff. My parents stayed at Casa Mia for more than a year. I would like to give 5 stars to everything!
