Well today we bring a dear friend to her new home. We are trusting that she is in the best place for her at this time. Although I can not comment on the status of many important details of this care facility today. I hope I can come back in 3 or 6 months or even 3 to 6 years from now and tell you how greatly we appreciate this home and applaud the Caregivers for their career choice. It's not an easy task caring for the elderly it takes a special person to do that. I pray they work here.

I dont know about years ago but all i can say is the LTC part of the building is top notch now. Staff actually care about the residents as well as each other.Hygiene practices and PPE area followed to a T and people are accountable creating a top notch environment to be in
My grandmother died of sepsis because the nurses and PSW's did not take care of her properly. They accepted patients into the facility, despite having staff that told us they couldn't keep staff. Never EVER send your loved ones here. This place feels like a prison, not a place for people to be taken care of in their time of need.
On the retirement side . The government will not get involved . The stench of urine in the hallways is noticeable normally . But today was the worse day ever . I worry about the people laying in piss.
While my Mum was a resident at Caressant Care, the staff was very attentive and treated her with care and dignity. I give them a 5 star! The building is old but clean.
