On the date the worker was supposed to arrive at my grandfather's residence, no one showed up to his residence. After contacting the worker and no one answered, Paula Campbell contacted me regarding the visit and, based on the employees description, very obviously showed the employee arrived at the wrong location. The next day? Ms.Campbell was not only rude regarding the incident but was also not willing to cooperate even though it was obvious that the employee arrived at the wrong home. Very poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend.
