My late Mum was wary about going into a home but once there she settled in very quickly and was happy with the overall atmosphere, decor and facilities. The rooms are lovely and can be made to feel like home. The staff are wonderful so kind warm and friendly and very attentive and on the ball. Highly recommend bury lodge for your loved ones if the need arises.

My aunt stayed for 4 weeks repite ,when I was visiting I found all the staff very friendly helpful. The home is purpose built with with lovely decor and different areas around the home for residents to go to . My aunt was very happy as has a hairdressing room and hairdresser visiting weekly . My aunt has made some lovely friends who she keeps in touch with. And says she will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff .
Mum moved in about 5 months ago and is delighted. The rooms are spacious, bright, modern, airy and clean and the home is lovely inside. She has furnished her room to her own taste. There are several lounges/meeting places where she can sit and read, watch TV, play games or have family and friends pop over. There are activities every week, almost every day and she is able to pop in and out as she pleases knowing that when she gets back home, there is always someone there to help and assist her. The food is good, and although there could be more fruit and veg, the menu is easy to digest and seems to suit everyone. Lisa, together with Valerie and her team are very kind and supportive and will always work to find a solution for anything that may crop up. The location is ideal, close to everything in town and it really feels like home from home. After living with us for 10 years, it has been really reassuring to know Mum will have the help she needs but still be close to us.
Looked after my late mother very well; obviously at a substantial cost but pretty fair value and vastly less cost than likes of Sunrise. Modern clean building with pleasant lounges, breakfast and ding rooms. Individual rooms a tad over compact. Lovely staff. Well worth putting on your shortlist.
One of my dear friends lives here and she absolutely loves it, she constantly tells me when I visit her how lovely the staff are to her. What stands out to me is the management and team seem to genuinely care about the residents and it’s not just a job. Lovely care home thank you
