Brook House is a fantastic nursing home based in Wembley. As a big family, the residents are treated with respect and dignity by the staff, who is always professional and welcoming. I would like to mention John Gilfillan, the GM of this place, for his dedication and commitment to Brook House, a person who always go the extra mile.
I am Professional Nurse for more than 35yrs practised in different areas in Nursing. I worked two shifts in this Nursing Home. Through all my experiences I never seen so staff hardworking, dedicated to their duties with a smile on their faces. It’s like all of them they pass by the classroom of good customer service before they clock in. I mean everyone I met from the junior to the senior staff. They greet with a smile, I saw a lot of respect from them, I hardly see such a service in other places. I met a Registered Nurse Jessamine Suniga twice, she really gave a good reputation of the company. She opened the main door for me with a very warm accommodating attitude from the first day I met her. I also met a young lad who is also a Registered Nurse I do not know his name, he was also wonderful. We need such type of good professionals for the safety of the residents and the welfare of the staff especially the Agency Staff who comes to their rescue feel accepted and recognised. Whoever builds that moral within the Nursing Home, I wish him or her a good success 🌹🌹All the best guys!!
Brook House is an exceptional Home for the vulnerable Adults. Staffs are very kind and passionate about their Job and Very Professional as well. I highly recommend this to home for your family and career as well
This really is an outstanding Care home of the highest order. My mum has been a resident here for about 15 months and the quality of care is exceptional. All the staff are fully engaged and treat residents as family members. Care and love are entwined. The Care home manager (John) is practically ever present. Very affable chap who is very approachable. Things just get down quickly and effectively. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The place itself is so warm and has a lovely homely feel to it. You feel that from the moment you walk in. All the rooms are beautiful and there is no clinical feel to the place. It just feels like home. And that is important. The highest compliment I can give this place is that when I am not there visiting my mum, I don’t worry or stress as I know she is in safe hands. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
