Beautiful care home. The staff really care about the wellbeing of the residents and the range of activities for residents is really good. The food is really good. The management are friendly and often seen on the floors.
I can't recommend this home enough. When my dad came to live here he had had quite a few falls. Staff from all departments always welcome you with a smile and a friendly face, the care and attention your loved one receives is second to non. We lost Dad this month but I know his final months were spent in comfort and dignity. The home is clean comfortable and warm just like a home should be. I would not hesitate to recommend Bridgewater to anyone
Have heard good and lovely words from the staff and residents from this home. Am really willing to work here as am a very happy person 😅
Racism, bullying and outright intimidation from management as well as favouritism and taking in residents they can't actually look after. Don't work here, don't let you loved ones go here the manager just wants full beds, bonus for it and to let a manager who isn't a nurse bully other nurses. As a carer I saw this first hand daily and emotional break downs were daily.
