What can I say about Bradshaw Manor. Lovely home fantastic care very friendly approachable staff throughout. Very clean and warm. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. The flexibility for visiting was important as some of us weren't particularly close to Rhyl From a personal point of view If anyone from Bradshaw reads this I just want to say I really appreciate the way you were with me and my family. We'd like to thank all the staff at Bradshaw Manor for the excellent standard of care given to our mum during her stay with yoursleves. Flexible visiting, friendly and approachable staff; would recommend. Thank you.
My mother in law, has been content and comfortable at Bradshaw Manor, she has received outstanding care delivered with dignity. The staff are like extended family.
Well what can I say about Bradshaw Manor. My family and I put our trust in the home to take care of our dear mum, she was rushed in to hospital severely dehydrated and with end stage COPD she needed to stay hydrated. Our dear Mum lasted 6 days and sadly passed away yesterday. She was not looked after to the standard of care she should have received with nursing care, the home may be a beautiful place in the pictures but believe me it's all show!
Nothing is ever as good as you hear but i was very disappointed with Bradshaw. My Aunt was found on the floor twice and constantly had other residents in her room taking her things . The staff seemed to thing this was ok. We complained and the next minute my aunt was assessed as took much for them to deal with and we had to Put her in full nursing care.
