We had a wonderful experience with Bradford Valley Care Community. My mother lived in the Country House unit under the care of Sue, Freda May, other RN's the PSW team & Administration who were so loving & patient with our mother. I could not think of a better place for my mom to spend the late stage of her life. Special thanks to Sue, you are truly amazing, Freda, May & Doreen, what a team. We luv you! My dad is currently here and I am so blessed he got into this long term care. The staff is always nice, no set visiting hours, family oriented and clean. Thank you for being so amazing and caring.
If I could give a million star rating I would. Both my parents were on Country unit. My Mom passed last may , my Dad June 20, 2024. The staff on Country unit are truly amazing. They care they love and they embrace everyone. I always felt confident my parents were getting the best care. My father was palliative for 10 days. I was embraced , comforted and felt so loved by the staff. My father Bob Brisbourne was always grateful for the care he received. May he RIP. Thank you to everyone at Bradford Valley. A special mention to Sue my rock on Country.
This is written on my daughters account. Bradford Valley is a top rate facility! The staff are always friendly and caring. I have peace of mind knowing they are well cared for. Any concerns are addressed immediately or in a timely manner. My mother was in Orchard House for 8 years and now my father (6 years) and aunt (4 years) reside in Lakehouse. The staff in both units were exemplary and continue to be each and every day. I feel blessed that my loved ones are in their care.
Need more stars 7 stars at least. The staff at Bradford Valley are amazing. My mother Marlene moved in during a break in covid and from the time time she arrived to last day. They gave their all. Cottage house where mum was were always friendly,supportive and honest. Thank you for your amazing staff
