My father has been staying for some respite care after having a stroke. I must say the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and in particular a carer called Mole has been a real hit with my Dad. She has been really kind and caring to my Dad which has made his stay so much better. He said today that he thought the care was so much better than at the hospital and particularly liked the fact that he pressed the call button when he needed help and they came up pretty fast and treated him with the utmost respect and care and consideration. whereas at the hospital he felt like he was annoying the nurses if he pressed the help button. I was so nervous when i was choosing a good home for him but i do feel at Bethel House they are doing their utmost for the residents and especially my dad, so a big thank you to all of you.
Residents are brought once a month to New Milton Memorial Centre to enjoy a 'Dancing on Wheels New Forest' wheelchair dancing session with others who live locally.
After visiting my auntie in bethel house yesterday im so happy 😊 she is in this wonderful home, Abbey Harold and the fabulous staff there are so professional kind caring and supportive to all in their care .The home is so clean and is run so smoothly and has had such a friendly caring feel about it ,xxx
