Thank you so much Krystie and team! It has been just over a year since mom moved into Beechwood and it has all gone perfectly, far exceeding our expectations. She likes her room very much, the staff are very friendly and mom is always telling us “the food here is very good you know”! There are always lots of activities and social events available for participation, though she tends to be happy doing her own things most of the time, like walking, puzzling and word search books, and that's fine too. The outside courtyard is a beautiful park-like setting with very easy access. Having her medications administered by the nursing staff has been such an improvement and is very comforting to know it's being handled properly and professionally. I live very close by so I'm able to visit mom daily, and have been able to get to know the staff, residents and the facility very well, so I feel I have a very informed view of the excellent care that mom receives at Beechwood Manor. It has become a wonderful home for her. I really enjoy my time visiting there too! Thank you to the whole team!

WOW. We are one month in and we feel like we have found a safe, accommodating, welcoming home for my dad. His dementia impacts his memory and communications while he remains physically active, mobile and eager to be involved and social. Beechwood Manor has been amazing to welcome him to their home. They were flexible and accommodating with regards to his move-in. The PSW/nursing team have seen to his medical needs with expertise and care. The programming team have gone the extra mile to get him (physically) to programs and to design some special projects to meet his needs and wants. There are programs running every day, there are caring staff who answer questions, redirect him when he is bored AND there is fantastic food. The meals are great and we’ve enjoyed taking advantage of the opportunity to have family-dinner with dad. His highlight of the day is hanging out with his BFF Teddy, one of three “residential” dogs who is always looking for an ear scratching. The facility is exceptionally well maintained and the location can’t be beat. The back garden opens onto a green space and park with a paved walking/rolling trail. My only suggestion would be for staff to consider using a simple “print” font on signs and posters. My dad can no longer read cursive and fancy fonts are hard for both elderly and young readers. But hey, if that’s the worst thing happening … you gotta know this place is outstanding. I highly recommend Beechwood Manor for individuals seeking either comfortable retirement living or safe/welcoming assisted living services. Xoxo
I recently joined Beechwood Manor as the Director of Care, and from day one, I was welcomed with open arms by the management team, staff, and residents. It truly doesn’t feel like work—I’m doing what I love every day, leading a team of compassionate, skilled professionals who are deeply committed to creating a safe, joyful, and loving environment for our residents. When I first walked through the doors, I was struck by how bright and airy the space felt. The sound of laughter and conversation filled the air, and I immediately knew I had made the right choice. Although I’ve only been here for two months, it already feels like home, and I feel as though I’ve been part of this community for much longer. I’ve had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, and I truly look forward to coming to work every single day. If you or a loved one are looking for a place to retire where you’ll be cared for with warmth, dignity, and heart, I highly recommend Beechwood Manor. You won’t be disappointed!
My mom recently became a resident at Beechwood Manor. She suffers from dementia and requires assisted living care. I asked Adhya (front desk) for your information as I wanted to share with you that we've been thoroughly impressed with the service we receive and that my mom receives from Krystie and the team every day. From helping me in the early days source the best room and go through all the paperwork and process to actual move day, and the ongoing communication we receive about my mom, is honestly 10 out of 10. Krystie and all of her staff have made a tough life change for everyone a very positive experience, and most importantly, my mom is very happy living there. I thought it was important to share this with you, and I hope it's well received. We're all so impressed with the experience at Beechwood Manor and can't give enough praise and kudos to Krystie and her staff for running such an exceptional operation. Keep up the great work! Ryan
My father has been a resident in the independent living section since September, 2015. He has received excellent nursing care. The staff is friendly and helpful. The other residents are welcoming and friendly. There are a variety of recreational activities for the residents. His suite is spacious and well-maintained, with weekly cleaning services. The facility is centrally located, close to shopping malls and doctors' offices. I highly recommend Beechwood Manor if your elderly relative is looking for an independent living or assisted living facility.
