Actually, they have-for those who came here 1st, those with many relatives in this community, former & present BODs/HOA officer’s, people in uniforms & those who work for the govt! ARDA only listens to them oh SO WELL! They will not let the brgy & police respond to a reported call-they downplay the reported complaint & call my father(I dont know what they did to my family which made them turn against me in my harassment journey) & use him against me to make me shut up with my complaints, while the harassments are continuously funfilled for these wicked sadistic set of narcissistic people. I reached out to the admin, security, Ayala Property Mgt. Bullying is happening here. If you govern a place & you’re ignoring the harassment complaints in a SUPPOSED strict PEACEFUL community, what are you doing? What else are you doing then? All they care about are fees, their VIP’s & obviously, not help end politics. I haven't met or encountered many people here, specially before the harassments started. Few made scenes, KSP-I reacted. I have no unupdated loan, bills & house & lot are updated, I didn't scam, cheated or take advantage of anyone. I NEVER start any fight, I fightback. For whatever reasons(which still not clear to me) they have, they don’t communicate, they have no due process May nagtanong sakin, uma-attend daw ba kami ng meeting(which we dont) To those planning to buy a property here, be very vigilant. Construct a very secure property. Prioritize your privacy security! (You can search the internet for the cctv evidence I posted, People still manage to play dumb saying “wala naman kaming naririnig ah”, “its just normal sound” or downplay the situation. SILA IMBESTIGAHAN NYO. Try nyong magrecord ng normal sounding vehicle & compare it to the sound on recorded cctv or mobile phone-see how it decreases the sounds after recording) and my recordings are still loud! Imagine hearing those live! This is a very nice place. I'll be happy when they reopen the pool very nice neighbors and security is very friendly and thorough
