My father (existing resident of Red Oak Villa for the last 10 years +) has some issues that we've been unable to address with Red Oak so I've escalated them to Autumnwood. I've been calling for the last two weeks and have left numerous voicemails with the Director of Care and have yet to receive a response. I'm hoping that by making a public review, someone will now return my phone call.

Brand new facility- very nice and modern with a range of apartments to rent - floor 2 through 4.include meals in the rent.
