Amazing settings. Right in the middle of Chelsea. The apartments are like any grand apartments in any major European city. Grandiose! The restaurant is first class. The food and service is second to none. But the best thing about the Auriens really is their Concierge team, right out of a 5* star deluxe hotel. It is more of a proper hotel service than a retirement home. Dan and Istvan in particilar are the true unsung heroes of the operation. Thank you to all of you for making this place and my time there so truly fantastic.

Rude staff, concierge always in their phones and ignore you are present. Awful security team beware motorcycle robbers are prying around this development. Defect period is over and any issues in the flats are now not their responsibility
Excellent service. The waiter called Bhairon was very professional and attentive.
