My Mother got the opportunity to live at Doon Village Retirement home. Unfortunately my mother passed unexpectedly but I am so happy she got the chance to part of such a caring and compassionate community. The staff were amazing and made sure she was comfortable and felt welcomed from day one. From getting her hair done to taking part in the excursions and participating in special events my mom was very happy there. We recently had a tour of the facility with Cassidy. She was wonderful and answered all of our questions. We are excited for our parent to have the opportunity to reside here!
At Doon they have anticipated my Mom’s changing needs and responded appropriately and compassionately. My Mom loves the food which had been a concern at another home. It is stress relieving and gives me peace of mind knowing she is well cared for at Doon Village Retirement. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!
My grandparents have both lived there now for about 2 months and we've been so happy with the home and the staff. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The residence is kept clean, they have lots of scheduled activities each day, and my grandparents love the food.
We just had a tour with the very sweet Cassidy. She is passionate about the care of seniors, and I suspect that she is a reflection of all the staff. We are hoping that our aunt will be accepted to the home.
