My sister and I arranged for our mother to stay at Aspen Heights for a month while we were both away. My mother said the transition of care from her home to the facility was completely seamless and the staff were excellent and very caring and helpful. Mum said she had the best time, participated in many of the activities and enjoyed meeting the other friendly residents. We would call periodically and found she was often too busy to talk. Mum said she would happily consider moving here. Thanks for the great care!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and warmth my mother has received at aspen heights. From the moment we first visited, we knew this was the perfect place for her to enjoy her golden years. The staff here are truly outstanding—caring, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. They’ve taken the time to get to know my mother personally, which has made a world of difference in her happiness and well-being. The facilities are top-notch, with beautifully maintained grounds, comfortable and spacious living quarters, and a wide range of activities to keep everyone engaged. My mother especially loves the fitness classes and the weekly outings, which have given her a sense of community and purpose. What really sets this residence apart, though, is the sense of family that pervades every aspect of life here. The residents genuinely care for one another, and there’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit a joy. Choosing aspen heights for my mother was the best decision we could have made. Knowing she’s in such good hands gives us tremendous peace of mind, and seeing her so content and well-cared-for brings us endless joy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving, vibrant community for their loved ones.
My sister lives at Aspen Heights. She has been there since it opened. Her mood suffered after the passing of her husband during the pandemic. After touring many places, we found this place to be the friendliest and the most beautiful. The programs are exceptional and she keeps social and involved. She has never felt better.
We had considered other retirement residences until we happened upon Aspen Heights. We are so glad we did. We moved our 93 year old Father into AH late last year. From the beginning we knew we’d made the right decision. Katharine was the first person we had contact with. She exemplified the kind of staff that is typical of AH. Kind, understanding, empathetic and patient. But also very professional, helpful and efficient. Rochelle, at the front desk, also bears similar qualities so that we felt at ease and completely comfortable with our Father moving into this beautiful, new and modern complex. It’s like a 5-Star hotel!! We had no worries about how well our Father would be living under the care of all of the AH staff.
I can't imagine a place that would be better for your senior parents than Aspen. It's not the most fun moving ones parents at this stage, and Katharine made it as seamless as possible, with her patience and compassion. The medical services, food, and activities are second to none, and one can see that the owners and management/directors work hard to make the environment as "normal" and non-nursing home as possible, to allow for seniors to continue living life with their dignity, and improved wellness.
