My brother Robert Smith went into Ashley Lodge for end of life care. I can't speak highly enough about the high standard and level of care that my brother received. The friendly staff were so caring and treated my brother with absolute respect, compassion and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely staff, lovely chef and lovely Home Manager Jess. Thank You for looking after my brother so well you took a big weight off of my shoulders knowing he had this fantastic care.

Lovely home with caring staff who treat people in the individual way we would all like to be treated. A relative has been here for 2 years and I have seen this home go from strength to strength in that time, despite pressures in the social and healthcare domain. The medical team are responsive and reviews from the named GP are sound. Thank you to Jess and team!
I contacted the Home to check my sister was at the home. The phone was answered by a very rude lady. I understand that there needs to be some precaution when discussing residents. But this lady is the first person someone speaks to ,it left me with some concerns how my sister is being looked after. The way way she spoke to me made me feel she would not enable me to visit.
Had a little incident happen with my grandma getting lost and the wonderful staff here took her in, made sure she didn't leave until next of kin arrived to take her home 😁. They were absolutely amazing and so caring, making sure she had a cuppa. Their investigation to find one of us through Facebook was much more helpful than the police ♥️. Can't recommend a more caring, helpful place filled with incredible staff. It's a miracle they kept her safe.
I cannot recommend this Care Home enough. The Staff headed by the wonderful Jessica all show brilliant empathy diligence and compassion. I could not have entrusted my 90 year old Parents care to a better crew. We were so glad to have found you.
