I had extremely high fever during vacation and came here on the Sunday evening. Nurses did PCR test and some other tests, doctor checked my condition, and they did a drip with medications and gave some pills to go. I’m so grateful that they helped me that quickly. Well , just cut my finger by knife. Professional emergency service. I did not have to wait so long… that was so nice. The nurses were so helpful and friendly ( but most of all, so professional) thank you for your kindness.
Needed medical attention for my 4 years old during our holiday, very quick and professional help, the nicest doctor and nurses. Was prescribed antibiotics and he got better in no time. Didn’t even bother to go through insurance as we only had to pay SCR524 for consultation and medications.
It is the nearest hospital to our house. I had to go for a sudden bladder infection. When we arrived, they said to wait in the room. I had a lot of pain and burning, so I told to help me at the emergency room. The nurse was very kind and took the sample. I had to wait a bit for the doctor. One star less for the cashier who said to take the line for the pharmacy and then to pay. However, it was the reverse, so we waited for nothing another 20 minutes. Anyway, thank the stuff for understanding and a quick help.
WHOEVER take covid test here make sure you check the requirements of your country to return or travel to. They force you to pay extra for an "official document" pretending they know better what you need. For example, we were told that we wouldn't be allowed to board our plane without printed pcr test, while at the airport we found out it was not true (UAE residents returning back to Dubai have an option to do free pcr at the arrival).
