Fantastic service with family. First time seeing a relative in there. Well done, and thank you so much to Emily doing the memory training today. She's shown a real general pleasure being there and helping out.
My Mother and Father moved into Anning House at Wyke Regis on the 17th of September 2024 .My Mother Daisy sadly past away at the Care home on the 29th of October ,she was receiving end of life care. I would like to Thank the Nursing home Manager Heidi , and all of the care home staff . When my Mother was sadly taken away with the undertakers ,all the staff lined either side of the entrance corridor with our family for Mum to be walked through as a mark of Respect .The staff tried there best to be professional at this moment ,but as Normal human beings broke down. It was so heart felt and very emotional. A care home is only so good as its staff , well the staff are very good the staff feel like Family to me. Having paid a visit to a family member at this home, I was very impressed with the standard of care, the attention to detail, and the personal pride that staff appeared to have here.
Purpose built, excellent facilities, amazing staff laundry, cleaners, cooks, care staff , admin, activity coordinators , on site hairdressser can not fault them. Daily activities, trips out & entertainment 5*programme
