Dishonest! I got a call from their facility manager called Daniel asking if I'd quote them to replace 95 emergency lights. I called out and told Daniel that I could do labour only on a day rate basis and that they would have to supply the materials. I agreed that I would get them trade prices from CT ELECTRIC and this I did and this was agreed. I turned up today to do the work and Daniel asked me where the materials were. I told him that was NOT the agreement that they were to supply the lights. He said that his company didn't have an account, that I had to buy them. I said to use the company credit card. He told me that his company with 5 nursing homes doesn't have a credit card!!!! I knew this to be lies and the trust went out the window! I picked up my tools and left! I later received a bullying text from Daniel threatening to write a bad review if I didn't return and do the work! Liars usually turn out to be bullies as well as is the case here. I told him to write his review and I would write mine! I'm going to inform senior management about my treatment. I can only hope that the elderly patients get better treatment than I got! could supply

Beautiful Nursing Home in a really quiet setting. Staff are amazing and the team is extremely helpful and supportive. I had the pleasure of working along side them recently and really enjoyed the experience.
I am giving one star because google would only allow me to post a comment if i gave one. This place deserves none. my mother in law had a nasty experience in this home a couple of years ago. she had a disagreement with one of the care staff and was then verbally attacked by the manager. Furthermore from my subsiquent visits and background in nursing i could see that this home is badly run, dangerously understaffed and should not be considerd for retirement, respite or convalescence. Avoid
Terrible treatment from these people from the top down The CEO driving a Mercedes S class and refuses to pay a company that cleaned every square inch of the nursing home before HIQA returned I wonder would HIQA have let ye off if they thought you had no intention of paying for our services
