My mom has been complaining that it’s the same food all the time. No variety. Also now with the warmer nights there is no air conditioning nor fans! Elderly people do not do well in heat. She had to buy a small room fan so could get some sleep. Was also surprised to learn that there are no organized activities for the residents! They just sit around all day with the television on.

They tie people at night Easy to explain why we can't go and see them into the rooms. My dad is quiet most of the time, they tied him like an animal, with straps, to the bed. They don't let sick people their pride.
In May 2022 I entrusted the care of my mum to Amera Faro. The best thing I did as she has improved leaps and bounds in all aspects of her daily routine. I only have praise for and thank the amazing staff for bringing some dignity to her life in the last 12 months and confident that it will continue whilst she is in their care. Although she has dementia it is obvious she is well looked after by the way she reacts to staff.

Atenção, esta empresa não é honesta nem transparente em matérias financeiras! Exigem pagamentos elevados e em prazos curtos, mas depois não fazem devolução e acertos devidos durante meses, recusando-se a prestar esclarecimentos!
