We were devastated that mum was moved from hospital to here temporary, miles away from family. However the carers were very compassionate and friendly, it’s a very calm and peaceful place offering patient centered holistic care. Mum was very comfortable and settled there. It was equally devastating to eventually move mum to her permanent home near family, we hope we made the right choice.

Alpine Lodge is a lovely care home. The staff are wonderful and really do care for the residents. They have lots of activities happening including their own mini bus to take the residents out on day trips. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I would highly recommend Alpine Lodge :)
My father has recently stayed there for a weeks respite and the manager and staff were amazing. . Caring. Compassionate. Nothing was to much trouble for them . Person centred approach was amazing . Food amazing . My father said he loved it there and carnt wait to go back . It was clean . Food amazing. I would recommend this home and give it a 10 out of 10 . Activities were amazing too x thankyou to all your team my father and my family want to thank you all . it's an amazing home thank you . And dad said he wants to come and stay permanently bless him . Thankyou once again xxxxx
