My Mom's experience so far at Allium in her ward has been great with the staff aware of her daily needs, preferences & routine. It's a premier facility & importantly a team effort fr the caregivers to the nurses & physio therapists. Notable mention would be care concierge Harisson, care givers Rosita, Elsie, Donna, Sheng Jia to name a few. Staff Nurse Armi, Andrea, Portia, Ford to name a few again fr the team. As well as Selina along with her team of hospitality & security staff whom are always friendly, kind & helpful.

I visited a client today at Allium and I am truly impressed with the quality of the home and the service provided from the front desk reception to very personalised communication maintained with family members. I saw the dedication and personality of the team of nurses in Ward 1A, and how it lifts up the spirit of the subject. The location is not all that convenient but it’s tranquil and being next to Windsor park, the room I was in had an amazing greenery view.
Be aware of Allium staffs. No privacy between resident and visitors. Visitors movement and conversation being reported to third parties, including WhatsApp messages ..All forward to third parties to view and read. One resident 8 months staying there , only shower less than 5 times there unless someone come in and help him. Wrote in complaints no reply .Wonder their CEO Bernie Poh knows what's happening at Allium .
Saw my grandma in this really nice home. She's happy. Thank you to the staff working in Allium.
Highly competent staff ensuring good quality care for the seniors. Allium staff is polite, professional, attentive and keeps family members well informed of any health or emergency issues with my father who is staying there. Pricing level is high given this level of care and service.
