Under staffed & Overworked PSW’s, then put into a position to be injured no linen, no clean bedding, management doesn’t acknowledge their request for support. It is unfair to the people who work directly with the Residents , they can’t provide the people with basic things because the new owners just don’t put out the necessities.

Thank you to the staff in Oak neighbourhood for taking good care of our mom/grandma. She is so much healthier since she’s moved in. Thank you Pam for your quick correspondence, and the PSWs for arranging all our FaceTimes and spending quality time with my mom. She is lucky to have such good caregivers. You can see how hard all the staff work! I hope they know what impact they have on their residents’ lives.
